The servo motor is used for tracking, and the tracking speed is exactly the same as the bottle speed to effectively prevent the filling nozzle from touching the inner wall of the container. The return travel adopts the quadratic polynomial curve to ensure no sudden change in the velocity and the acceleration, thus causing almost zero mechanical shock, and the machine can stably operate;

The filling design breaks through the traditional cam swing lever mechanism by adopting the servo motor of high precision and small step angle with stable and reliable servo drive. The motor shaft rotation motion is replaced by the linear motion which is required by the ceramic pump via the pre-pressing ball screw nut pair, to build a high-precision servo filling system. The operator can set up different pulse values for the servo motor to meet different filling volume requirements via HMI, and can also fine tune the filling pump;

The stainless steel laminar flow frame is installed on the periphery of the mainframe. The frame is mainly round-shaped and beautifully finished with no hygienic dead angle, which will ensure that the machine works well in the clean area.
