TECHNICAL TRAINING
We provide in-house and online training programs to our users for better understanding and management of the equipment.
  • Training Course Design:

    a. Based on the principle of combining theory with practice, both theory and practical course will be operated.

    b. Theory course is focused on principle of work of device, electrical control theory, machine organization, performance characteristics, adaptability range, handling precautions, and etc.

    c. Practical course is operated in the form of apprentice, so that the trainees have the opportunity to master the techniques of equipment normal operation, maintenance, equipment commissioning, fault handling, replacement and adjustment of specification parts through real practice.

  • Training Methods:

    a. Intense boot camp training at supply-side training center.

    b. On-site training workshops at the premise of demand side.

  • Training period: 7-10 days.
SERVICE GUARANTEE
We have a high-quality, professional after-sale service team, including installation engineers having a minimum 6 years of experience. They have very good knowledge of product working principles and operational characteristics, as well as strong practical hands-on problem solving capabilities.
  • Ensure to demand side that equipment is of good condition and advanced technology.
  • From the date of acceptance of the equipment by the user, the equipment is under one year warranty, during which free on-site service is provided. Post one year warranty period, lifetime maintenance is provided at a reduced cost and free of labour charge.
  • We provide the service and maintenance training to users:
  • Installation and commissioning at user site

    a. Pre-delivery training at the supply-side assembly plant (see training plan).

    b. On-field production operation training at the premise of demand side.

  • Installation and commissioning at user site:

    a. Site equipment in place, connection of common conduit is user’s responsibility;connections of pipes inside device and control cable installation is the responsibility of supply side.

    b. Provision a full range of technical information for the equipment including IQ, OQ documents.

    c. Provision of complete equipment manuals and operating procedures (SOP).

    d. Assistance with user’s GMP certification.

  • It is guaranteed that supply side dispatches service repair personal as soon as the written notice of equipment maintenance request is served by demand side.
  • For parts and accessories in urgent need, we will address at first instance and utilize various express transportation method to achieve quickest delivery, such as air and railway express to domestic and international destinations.
