Standard chamber dimension: 1000*1000*1000CM with double -door structure. The horizontal sliding door is adopted in the machine;

The door is made of laminated tempered glass and adopts the compressing sealing structure. Load inside the chamber can be seen during the washing process;

The chamber, pipe and frame are all made of stainless steel to prevent corrosion. The materials used in all the process pipes meet the FDA requirements, for example: PTEF, EPDM;

The sanitary stainless steel rotary spray arm is used in conjunction with a loading frame with multiple water injection points to ensure efficient cleaning of the internal and external surfaces; The water storage tank in the chamber adopts the steam heating system which can be heated quickly;

There are two independent drying systems. One is used for the chamber and the other is used for the process pipes and shelves to ensure that the chamber and load are quickly and effectively dried;

The customized cleaning racks are used for cleaning and drying of special products. The customized shelves have 3D models to ensure the cleaning for the special parts. A big number of standard shelves and accessories can be provided from us;

This machine is equipped with two chemical-addition lines to ensure the precise addition of acid-based detergent. It can detect the dose in the injection pipe during the cleaning process;

This machine adopts automatic control and meet the requirements of cGMP. The control system can meet the 21 CFR Part 11 requirement (optional).
