Move the equipment to the area to be sterilized, and connect it with the air inlet. Turn off the HVAC system in the clean room or the air inlet system in the isolation system. Set up a warning sign at the area to be sterilized to protect personal safety. Place the fan (or blower) at the appropriate place in the clean room to ensure uniform distribution of H2O2 gas. Start the BioDecon system cycle. Control the relevant cycle parameters through PLC for automatic operation. Inlet the filtered clean air to the clean room or isolation system until VHP concentration drops to a safe level. After the cycle is finished, manually check VHP concentration to ensure personal safety.
Siemens PLC and touch screen are adopted. The temperature and humidity in the sterilization area are automatically controlled. The black-and-white printer (A4) attached can print the data report in real time cycle or transmit the data to the computer through LAN connection. The automatic weighing system and the hydrogen dioxide consumption control system are optional. The alarm function, validation, and sterilization effect inspection are provided with biological indicator.
