OVERVIEW

The AAG series ampoule filling and sealing machine is an innovative mono block machine. It is designed with the rectangular container transmission method to make ampoule transportation more stable and make the ampoule breakage rate lower. A new-type clutch device is installed in the ampoule feed-in hopper, which can stop feeding ampoules without stopping the machine to reduce ampoule wastage. With respect to the filling system, the electromagnetic switch is replaced by the mechanical control method to ensure strong reliability. The ampoule feed-out structure abandons the traditional transmission method, making ampouleWe are the first manufacturer in China which adopts the molded fittings to produce pharmaceutical machinery. The main parts are precision stainless steel castings that ensure the precision and interchangeability. Furthermore, the stainless steel piston is adopted for filling, so that dripping is controlled, carbonization is avoided and accurate filling volume is achieved.
