OVERVIEW

The ASMR series depyrogenation tunnel has an integral tunnel structure and includes three sections: preheating, heating and cooling zones. It adopts the principle of disinfection via the hot air laminar flow to carry out the instant high temperature sterilization and depyrogenation. lt is suitable for drying and sterilising of ampoules, antibiotic vials, oral liquid containers and other pharmaceutical-grade glass containers. The machine adopts the advanced PLC control system. Through HMI operation, the work status of the machine can be monitored and the production process requirements can be satisfied, and the machine can also be interlocked with the washing machine and filling machine to display the fault causes, location and trouble-shooting methods. ln addition, temperature and curves can also be recorded automatically into the system.

FEATURES

It is provided with the power-off prevention self-heating device at the high temperature section, so there is no hidden risk of fire;

Process parameters relating to heating and running are preset;

The parameter status is displayed and records are printed automatically;

The circulation airflow is adjustable to ensure even temperature in the tunnel;

Temperature measuring points are set in the tunnel and at the tunnel ports;

It is provided with high efficiency filter PAO inspection ports;

The whole machine is designed according to the GMP requirements.

According to customer requirements, it can also be equipped with the following:

Control system of brands such as Siemens, Schneider, Allen Bradley, Mitsubishi and Delta;

Online particle counting, alarm system, recording and printing systems;

ORABS, CRABS, or aseptic isolator system.
