OVERVIEW

This vertical cartoning machine realizes the automatic cartooning process for blister boards, ampoules, vials, glass containers and plastic containers. Its main functions include automatic shaping of cartons, folding of leaflets, conveying of material and leaflets, date/batch number printing and sealing (or carton sealing by hot melting glue through connecting with the hot melt glue machine). The series automatic cartoning machine adopts the mechanical, electrical and pneumatic integration technology and applies PLC and HMI to display. It is provided with a fault display and is featured by easy installation, disassembly, operation, commissioning and maintenance. This machine has small footprint and is convenient to operate.
