The tablet/capsule counting machine can count accurately because of the double-gate and pre-counting design, which is suitable for round tablets, capsules, transparent soft capsules and irregular-shaped pills. The machine is featured by high speed. The ones with 26 channels will achieve a speed of 20-60 bottles per min, whilst others with 32 channels can reach a speed of 60-120 bottles per min. The machine would also automatically alarm when the bottle supply is in a shortage due to bottle blockage or falling down, whilst the alarm system will pause machine running. After the problems being resolved, the machine will be back to the normal status. That is, the machine doesn’t need operation staff to monitor manually. Designed with the 3-stage constant-pressure dust absorption mechanism, the machine can completely remove the dust which will occur when tablets drop during operation. This function will effectively avoid the dust impact on the counting precision.
