GMS Series Depyrogenation Tunnel

OVERVIEW

When the machine is under the PLC control, the bottles are conveyed by the conveyor belt to the preheating section, heating section (temperature ≥350℃, time for passing the section ≥5min) and cooling section. Conveyor belt speed can be steplessly adjustable, laminar air velocity can be adjusted via variable frequency, temperature can be monitored via color display screen. After drying and sterilizing, the container automatically enters the subsequent equipment of the production line .The entire process can be monitored and operated by HMI. Temperature monitoring system can be set, displayed, monitored, recorded and printed. The entire operation process is always under the protection of Class 100 laminar air flow.

It adopts the HMI and PLC system to carry out the accurate programmable setting and control for parameters related to heating, operating and so on;

The air volume in the machine can be subject to automatic variable frequency balancing through sections;

The temperature monitoring system can carry out temperature setting, display, monitoring, recording and printing, and the machine is provided with the function of fault alarming display;

The machine is designed in according with the GMP requirements.
