The cap will be dropped onto the container one by one during continuous operation and the machine adopts the eccentric rolling cutter to progressively complete the capping process. The cap hanging motion is soft and the cap sealing is smooth, which ensures the high qualified rate of capping;
This machine adopts the PLC control system and HMI operation;
The falling down containers during unscrambling will be rejected automatically. The machine will stop in case of no bottle or/and no cap, whilst the product output can be counted online (optional);
The rejection system can be designed for both pre-capping and post-capping stage. The image processing function will detect containers which are not sealed properly before and after capping (optional);
This machine can be installed with LAF to ensure class A condition and it will stop automatically when the laminar flow enclosure opens.
