Feed integration and loading: After filling, the vials are transported to the disc by the conveyor belt. When the counter detects enough quantity, the bottle disc and the conveyor belt start counting until the push track is full. At this time, the linear mechanical track of the bottle disc rises, and the bottle pushing robot pushes the vials onto the loading platform according to the set program. After the bottle pushing rod retracts, the bottle track is lowered and then enters the bottle feeding process. The bottle pushing and bottle loading process is repeated until the set number of layers of the freeze-dryer is reached. During the last cycle, the travel distance increases and the bottles of the previous layer and the next layer are separated by a certain distance to achieve continuous production without interruption.
Material fetching by AGV: The AGV car automatically runs to the loading platform at the feeding port, extends its platform to dock with the loading platform, and then extends its robotic arm to pull the penicillin bottles onto the AGV platform. It then retreats to the platform, rotates 90 degrees, and walks to the predetermined freeze dryer door through the ground drive rail.
Feeding: The AGV car runs to the small door of the freeze dryer, docks with the layer of the freeze dryer after extending its platform, and the robotic arm pushes the vials onto the layer. Finally, the robotic arm and the AGV car retract.
Discharging: The AGV car for discharging transfers the well-sealed frozen-dried vials by reversing the above-mentioned feeding operation, transfers them to the car, and transports them to the unloading platform through the ground rail. It then rotates 90 degrees to dock with the unloading platform and moves the vials onto the unloading platform through the robotic arm.
Bottle sorting to capping machine: The push rod of the unloading platform continuously pushes the vials onto the sorting conveyor belt, and when there are too many vials on the conveyor belt, the push rod automatically stops pushing. Compared with the traditional turntable bottle sorting method, the latest sorting method adopts the parallel reverse conveyor belt which leads to a smaller system with no bottle overturning.
